Revenue Analyst
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Hotel Revenue Management team by gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing reporting and insights. The Revenue Analyst will focus on driving revenue growth through data analytics and developing strategies to maximize revenue potential. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to think strategically, and an advanced knowledge of Excel.
Requirements
Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and reports to support the revenue management team
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize revenue
Prepare monthly reports for the revenue management team
Conduct analysis to support pricing decisions, forecasting, and inventory management
Work in collaboration with other departments to develop revenue strategies
Update and maintain pricing and rate information in the revenue management system
Qualifications
High School Diploma plus equivalent of 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Strong attention to detail
