Northeast Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the Northeast region for along with sales strategy, sales training and development, team management and performance, and customer and client relations. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, and ensuring that sales goals are met.

Requirements

Develop and execute sales plans to meet sales goals in the Northeast region
Manage a team of Sales Executives and provide training and development
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine customer needs and identify sales opportunities
Conduct market research to identify market trends and customer needs
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5+ years of sales experience in the hotel industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using MS Office applications
