Area Hotel Sales Manager

EPIC REVENUE CONSULTING is seeking a full-time, remote Area Hotel Sales Manager located in Florida. The primary responsibilities will include generating leads, managing sales activities, developing new business opportunities, creating marketing and promotional plans. The successful candidate will be able to achieve sales targets, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to always represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

Develop and maintain relationships with potential hotel group sales clients
Drive sales to a our contracted group of hotels.
Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to maximize sales and revenue
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide excellent customer service to all hotel group sales clients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of group sales events

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer service skills to ensure that clients receive excellent experience.
• Successful experience in generating leads and closing sales to achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of sales management principles and practices, including sales tracking and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sales, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer relations in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google suites, Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
