Another Key Addition to the Advisory Board: Welcome Victoria Winter
Epic Revenue Consultants (EPIC) is delighted to welcome Victoria Winter to the company’s Advisory Board. With over a decade of hospitality marketing and communication experience, working for Fortune 500 companies and industry disruptors, Victoria has become an expert in building integrated marketing campaigns for both big brands and small hotels alike.
Her addition comes at a perfect time, as the EPIC consulting team is expanding its services to offer a full suite of digital and offline marketing products. Utilizing the business intelligence reporting, EPIC will customize marketing campaigns to drive the results hotels want, for at the heart of a great revenue strategy is a smart marketing approach.
During her career, Victoria has been exposed to a broad range of on-property and corporate communication experiences. As a member of InterContinental Times Square team, she was actively involved in the opening of a 600 luxury room hotel in the heart of Manhattan. After her time with IHG, she launched a new destination based marketing division at Hilton, developing marketing, e-commerce and PR strategies focused on content and local partnerships to support the brand's portfolio of 55 New York City area hotels.
Most recently, as the country communication lead for Selina, she helped guide one of the world’s fastest growing hospitality brands during its US expansion. Opening three properties, in three major cities (NYC, Miami and New Orleans) in under seven months, Victoria adapted the brand's experience driven approach into a socially-minded content strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
